Deborah Turner
Debbie Turner is a Professor in Podiatric Medicine based at Western Sydney University. She was previously funded through Arthritis Research UK to undertake a broad programme of podiatry focused research in patients with rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis and juvenile idiopathic arthritis. She has over fifteen years’ experience of working as a clinical podiatry specialist in rheumatology, working in two internationally leading rheumatology academic centres (Leeds and Glasgow) and has undertaken formal training in diagnostic ultrasound and injection therapy. She has published extensively in the field and is a co-author of the book entitled “The foot and ankle in rheumatoid arthritis”.
